Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by UDL Sourcing ("UDL", "we", "us", "our"), based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. By creating an account, submitting a sourcing request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our service

UDL is a sourcing agent and intermediary. We help customers source products from third-party suppliers (primarily overseas), and we manage supplier communication, quality control, consolidation, logistics and fulfilment on your behalf. We are not the manufacturer of the products we source.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Sourcing requests, quotes and estimates

Product availability, prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), sourcing times and transit times shown on our website or provided in quotes are estimates only and may change based on supplier conditions, order volume and other factors. A request becomes a confirmed order once it is accepted and payment is made.

4. Pricing and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may include our sourcing fee in addition to product and shipping costs, as set out in your quote. Payment is required before an order proceeds unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in the destination country.

5. Quality control

Before shipping, orders undergo quality control checks. Where available, we provide QC photos of the product, packaging and condition prior to dispatch so you can review your order.

6. QC, re-orders and refunds

We stand behind the quality of what we ship. Our policy is:

  • If an order fails our quality control check, we will re-order the product from the supplier at no additional product cost to you.
  • If the product is found to be unusable or of unacceptable quality, we will re-source it from an alternative supplier and carry out a fresh quality control check before shipping.
  • Refunds may be offered at our discretion where a suitable product cannot be sourced. This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

7. Shipping and delivery

Once dispatched, tracking information is provided where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers and factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your nominated address.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you request are legal to import and sell in your country, and for providing accurate product specifications and delivery details. We may decline any request at our discretion.

9. Prohibited and restricted products

We do not source counterfeit, illegal, dangerous or otherwise restricted products. We may refuse or cancel any request that we believe breaches applicable laws or these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, UDL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, supplier delays, or matters outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected order.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to UDL and may not be copied or used without our permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Contact us

For any questions about these Terms, contact us at support@udlsourcing.com.

These Terms are provided as a general template and do not constitute legal advice. Because your business handles payments and overseas sourcing, we strongly recommend having these Terms reviewed by a qualified legal professional before relying on them.
